How to determine your wrist size: Wrap a soft measuring tape snugly around your wrist just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear a bracelet. Alternatively, use a string or strip of paper, mark the length, and measure it with a ruler. Important: add 1/2 inch to accommodate rolling on and off your hand.
